Complaints & Quality Management Staff

Working hours:
Full-time / 35 hours
What you should bring with you:
- Completed technical training (e.g. quality management, metal technology, plastics technology, production engineering) or comparable qualification
- Further training as a QMF or QMB is an advantage
- Experience in complaint management, quality assurance and customer service is desirable
- Knowledge of quality methods (8D, Ishikawa, PFMEA, SPC) and ideally basics in CAQ/ERP systems
- Analytical, structured approach to work, problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German; good English skills an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 50001 & 14001 standards an advantage
Your profile:
- Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and systems
- Processing customer complaints, including root cause analysis (8D report, FMEA) and implementation of corrective measures
- Coordination of complaint processes between production, quality assurance and work preparation
- Customer support for quality issues
- Carrying out quality checks, master data maintenance and documentation of test results in accordance with quality specifications (CAQ systems, ERP, MS Office)
- Creation and maintenance of quality indicators, reports and release documents
- Assistance with audit preparations (internal audits, supplier audits) and support with improvement projects (CIP)
- Analysis of error causes, derivation of preventive measures and monitoring of implementation
- Collaboration in supplier evaluation and supplier development measures
- Training and advising employees on quality standards, work instructions and testing processes
- Collaboration in the further development of our IMS
