Development
During the development phase, our focus is on optimising the casting geometry in order to reduce the component weight while maintaining stability. We work closely with renowned development partners and use state-of-the-art technologies such as 3D printing and rapid prototyping to efficiently realise even complex requirements.
Metallurgy
Our metallurgical expertise covers a wide range of materials, including cast iron with flake graphite, cast iron with nodular graphite and various special materials, depending on the area of application and technical requirements.
Construction
We use the Siemens NX CAD system to design castable blanks. We also use reverse engineering to precisely analyse, reconstruct and, if necessary, optimise existing products - efficiently and with data support.
Simulation
With the help of MAGMA simulation software, we analyse filling behaviour, solidification and stresses in the early development phase. This enables targeted optimisation of the casting process, reduces rejects and shortens development times.
Measuring technology
Our state-of-the-art and certified measuring technology guarantees the precise inspection of all relevant component parameters - from the initial sample to series testing. In this way, we ensure that every cast part corresponds exactly to the customer's specifications.
Editing
We offer our castings pre-machined or fully machined on request - in collaboration with local partners or via our parent company in India. This allows us to respond flexibly to customer requirements and realise cost-effective complete solutions from a single source.
We offer a fully integrated process chain - from the initial consultation to the engineering of casting-optimised solutions, prototype development and series production through to mechanical processing, surface finishing and aftermarket support. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality and reliability - from the initial idea to the ready-to-use component.
